AI & Automation Tools I Actually Use (and Recommend)

These are the tools I use regularly across client projects and my own workflows — for building, writing, automating, and staying sharp. They're not trendy for the sake of it — just effective, reliable, and worth knowing about.

Write Faster. Sound Better. Stay On-Brand.

I write a lot — for websites, funnels, email sequences, and even internal messaging. These are the tools I come back to again and again to speed up the process without sacrificing clarity or tone. They don't replace good writing, but they help me start faster, edit sharper, and stay consistent across projects.

ChatGPT

This is my go-to tool for kicking off first drafts, outlining messaging, and tightening up copy. I've built out custom prompts and GPTs that help me move faster — especially for things like landing page copy, FAQs, or marketing emails. I still rewrite most of what it gives me, but it's a powerful starting point.

GrammarlyGO

I use this for final passes — grammar, clarity, and tone. It’s especially useful when I’m juggling multiple projects and need to make sure things still sound clean, human, and professional.

Notion AI

Great for planning out content-heavy projects — like service pages, blog outlines, or launch plans. I use it inside Notion to build structure and shape ideas before jumping into writing.
