Most people start with the product that solves the pain they feel most acutely right now. If you're not sure which one that is — or whether a product is even the right fit versus custom work — my free intro call is the fastest way to find out. Fifteen minutes, no pitch, and you'll leave with a clear answer.

I respond personally within 1 business day. No sales pitch - just a real conversation.

Your Questions, Answered

Find quick answers to common questions about my capabilities, services, process, costs, and how we'll work together.

What exactly do I receive when I buy a product?

Outputs delivered to you — Google Docs, Google Sheets, email digests, or PDFs depending on the product. There's no platform to log into, no dashboard to check, and no workflow to manage on your end. You fill out an onboarding form, I configure everything, and the system starts running. What arrives in your inbox is ready to use.

How long does setup take?

Most products are configured and running within 3–5 business days of onboarding. The onboarding form collects everything I need — your services, ideal clients, target industries, voice and tone — and I handle the rest. You don't need to be available during setup.

Do I need any technical skills or existing tools?

No. You need a Google account to receive output documents. That's it. No Zapier, no Make, no Pipedream, no API keys. Everything runs on my infrastructure.

What if the outputs aren't relevant to my business?

That's the most common early issue and it's fixable. Every product includes a feedback mechanism — for Daily Pipeline it's a simple thumbs up/down on each lead. That feedback sharpens the system's grading over time. If something feels off in the first two weeks, I adjust the configuration directly. You're not on your own.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions, no contracts, cancel anytime. Most clients stay because the system produces results — not because they're locked in.

Can I run more than one product at the same time?

Yes. The products are independent and don't interfere with each other. A common combination is Daily Pipeline for new prospect identification and Reclaim for recovering old ones — two products covering both ends of your pipeline simultaneously.

Are these products or are you doing custom work for me?

These are products — pre-built workflow systems I've already engineered, configured for your specific business during onboarding. They are not custom builds. If you need something built from scratch to your exact specifications, that's my consulting and development work, which is a separate engagement. If you're unsure which you need, the free automation audit is the right starting point.

What kinds of businesses get the most out of these?

Freelancers, independent consultants, and agencies between 1–20 people who do project-based or retainer work and live and die by their pipeline. The products are designed around a specific problem: you're good at your work but the business development side is inconsistent, manual, or just not happening. These systems fix that without adding a hire.
