Does the course make me a Certified Implementor?
Not by itself — certification is a separate program at Knov.ai, with its own credential and directory listing. But the course is the on-ramp: finish it (pass the knowledge checks across the published levels) and you get a private link for 50% off plus priority access to that program, good for a year after you sign up. The link arrives by email the moment you complete the course.
The deeper levels say “in development.” What am I paying for?
Full access to everything that exists today plus everything still being built. Levels 4 and 5 (transaction and operations) depend on commerce and agent-ops protocols that are still moving, so those lessons are landing over time. Your one payment covers them when they do.
Do I need to be a developer?
For Levels 0–2, no — much of it is configuration and content work. Levels 3 and up involve real engineering (APIs, MCP servers, commerce protocols), so a technical background helps from there on.
Can I just read the standard for free?
Yes, and you should — it’s open at Knov.ai. The course is for turning that spec into something you can deliver for clients without learning every lesson the hard way. Level 0 is free here too, so you can judge the difference before paying.
